We evaluate and track how things are going for you with your support plan and discuss and reassess where necessary.
We aim to bridge the gaps in your current day to day life by creating new connections and maintaining current connections that help support your goals. We focus on creating opportunities for community inclusion and developing a network of supports and maintaining current ones so you can live more independently.

Meet your Support Coordinator
Marieke McArthur
With 18 years of combined experience in the health care sector, including
aged care and disability working in residential, community and in a coordinator role. I am qualified in support coordination training and support coordination professional practise.
I am passionate and driven to make a difference to the lives of people living with a disability. I am honest, driven and a good listener. My goal is to always put you at the forefront of your plan, enabling you to make independent choices and foster personal growth.
My other passions are cooking, photography, my family and animals. At my property, wildlife such as deer, birds, wallabies come and visit me daily. Some of them wait to see me at my back door in the morning. I also have a passion for travelling and adventures.
